Jeff Goss

Principal lawyer

Jeff has over 40 years' experience as a lawyer in major projects, construction, banking and project finance, corporate and commercial transactions.  He opened in Hong Kong a branch of an Australian law firm, Moore & Bevins.  He became Chairman on 2 occasions of Middletons Moore & Bevins (now K&L Gates) and was National Managing Partner of KPMG Legal.  He is currently the Managing Director and Principal Lawyer of Andelain Consulting alongside his own boutique corporate advisory firm, Capture Capital Partners.  Jeff has held various external non executive positions for over 25 years on private and listed companies.  He has been the local resident agent of a major international contractor.  Jeff is currently the Australian representative of ContractPodAi, a provider of cloud based risk management solutions to governments, corporates and professional service firms.
